  • Change Password / Forgot Password
    Click on 'Log In' at the top right corner, then select 'Forgot Password?' to navigate to the password support page. Enter your account email and hit 'Submit'; the system will send you an email. Open this email, then click on 'Reset Password' to get to the account password reset page. Enter your new password twice, then hit 'Reset Password'.
  • Update Personal Information
    Click on 'Log in' at the top right corner of the Blåmiäo page, select 'View Addresses', and then click on 'Edit' to change the personal information in your account.
  • Edit/Delete/Add/Change Default Delivery Address
    Click 'Log in' in the upper right corner of the Blåmiäo page and select 'View Address'. Then, click to edit/delete/add or change your default shipping address. Note: Customers can choose to change the shipping method during shopping.
  • Do I need to create an account before making a purchase?
    Customers do not need to register an account to shop on the BLÅMIÄO website.
  • Can I make changes to my online order?
    After payment has been made for an order, customers cannot directly change the delivery information, nor can they combine it with other orders. If you need to change delivery information, timing, add items or services, please contact our customer service department 3 business days before the delivery date to make the necessary arrangements. Otherwise, we may charge an additional service fee of HKD $200. For partial cancellation of goods and services, or if a rescheduling of the delivery time is required, please contact our customer service department.
  • Inventory Status
    We display the availability of our products. However, if a product chosen by a customer is found to be out of stock after checkout, we will promptly notify the customer about the stock shortage via phone or email.
  • Can I order out-of-stock products?
    Out-of-stock products are not available for ordering. However, customers can still contact our customer service department, leave the style or number of the product they wish to order along with their contact information, and we will notify them as soon as the product is restocked!
  • Payment Methods
    We accept all major credit or debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, Alipay Hong Kong, and WeChat Pay Hong Kong. All orders are settled in Hong Kong dollars.
  • Payment Failed
    Please ensure the information you entered is completely accurate and review your shopping cart again. The inability to make a payment might be due to some items being out of stock; please remove the related items and try to pay again. If you still cannot make a payment, please contact our customer service department.
  • Promo Code
    To use a discount code, please enter the code in the 'Discount Code' field on the checkout page and click on 'Apply Discount Code'. Before using a discount code, please check the relevant terms and conditions. Only one discount code can be used per order, and not all products are eligible for discount codes, please note.
  • Delivery Methods
    Once the system confirms your order, we will contact you within 7 - 10 days via phone or email to arrange the delivery, which will be carried out either by courier or personal delivery depending on the region and type of goods.
  • Local Delivery Time
    Delivery times are from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Please inquire in advance for special time slots and same-day delivery.
  • Local Delivery Area
    Our local delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and specified outlying islands: Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Tung Chung, and Hong Kong International Airport. Delivery service is not available to locations where trucks cannot directly access.
  • Local Delivery Fee
    Free delivery service is available for purchases of HK$500 or above (calculated after discounts and/or using electronic coupons and promotional discount codes). This offer excludes remote areas and outlying islands. For purchases below HK$500, the basic delivery service charge is HK$50.
  • International Shipping Fees
    The basic fee for international speedpost service varies from HK$199 to HK$399. Speedpost service prices are determined based on country, region, volume, and weight. International speedpost is carried out by a third-party courier company designated by BLÅMIÄO in the form of parcel delivery. If you wish to use other means of shipping, an additional fee may be required. Please feel free to inquire with our customer service.
  • International Shipping Customs Duties
    Once the package arrives at its destination, the local customs will assess duties and taxes. Customers may need to pay any applicable import duties.
  • Product and Packaging Damage
    If customers find the packaging damaged upon receiving the product, they may refuse to sign for it. If the product is signed for and subsequently found to have quality issues, please directly contact our customer service department for assistance.
  • Product Promotion and Gifts
    All promotional products and gifts are available in limited quantities. They will no longer be available once sold out or all gifts are given away. We do not provide replacements and there will be no further notification.
  • Product Out of Stock
    We continuously work closely with our suppliers in hopes of replenishing out-of-stock materials as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Order Tracking
    After a customer's order has been shipped, they will receive a confirmation email. With the order information provided in the email, customers can track their order online through the"Order Tracking"feature on the BLÅMIÄO website.
  • Seven-Day Return Guarantee
    We offer returns and exchanges for products with damages, shipping/delivery errors, or quality issues within the first 7 days after customers receive the goods. For more details, please refer to the "Returns and Exchanges Policy".
  • Refund Methods
    The refund will be made via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For more details, please refer to the "退Returns and Exchanges Policy".
  • Refund Time
    The process for handling online shopping refunds is generally completed within 4-6 weeks. All refunds will be paid in Hong Kong dollars. For more information, please refer to the "Return and Exchange Policy".
