Changing Delivery Time

If you need to change the delivery information and time of the order, please email online.sales@blamiao.com 3 working days before the delivery date to arrange it. For more details, please refer to "Delivery Service".

Canceling Orders

Customers can cancel the order before the payment process is completed. If the customer has completed the payment process, meaning the order is being processed, the product has entered the production process or the product is in the state of dispatch, we will not be able to cancel the order. For more details, please refer to "Return and Exchange Policy".

Order Confirmation

Once the system confirms the order, we will contact the customer via phone or email within 7-10 days to arrange for delivery. Deliveries will be made by courier or personal delivery, depending on the area and product category.

If the system inventory is not updated in a timely manner or any malfunction occurs, causing order delays or errors, we will promptly notify the customer of the situation. If we are unable to make new arrangements, we will proceed with a refund. For more details, please refer to the "Return and Exchange Policy".

Local Delivery and Parcel Express

From Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Please consult in advance for delivery on specific dates and special time slots, as extra charges may apply depending on the situation.

Overseas Mail

Overseas shipping is carried out in the form of parcels by a third-party mailing company designated by BLÅMIÄO.
