Change Password / Forgot Password

Click on 'Log In' at the top right corner, then select 'Forgot Password?' to navigate to the password support page. Enter your account email and hit 'Submit'; the system will send you an email. Open this email, then click on 'Reset Password' to get to the account password reset page. Enter your new password twice, then hit 'Reset Password'.

Update Personal Information

Click on 'Log in' at the top right corner of the Blåmiäo page, select 'View Addresses', and then click on 'Edit' to change the personal information in your account.

Edit/Delete/Add/Change Default Delivery Address

Click 'Log in' in the upper right corner of the Blåmiäo page and select 'View Address'. Then, click to edit/delete/add or change your default shipping address.
Note: Customers can choose to change the shipping method during shopping.
