Local (Hong Kong) Delivery Service

​Customers who purchase HK$500 or above can enjoy free delivery service (excluding remote areas and outlying islands). For purchases below HK$500, the basic delivery service fee is HK$50.

The delivery time is from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Please inquire in advance for special time slots and same-day delivery, as an additional fee may be charged depending on the situation.

International Speedpost 

The basic fee for international speedpost service varies from HK$200 to HK$500. Speedpost service prices are determined based on country, region, volume, and weight.


International Speedpost is carried out by a third-party courier company designated by BLÅMIÄO in the form of parcel delivery. If you wish to use other means of shipping, an additional fee may be required. Please feel free to inquire with our customer service.

SF Locker

Starting from January 1, 2023, the studio pickup service has been changed to SF Express Locker pickup service. Customers only need to fill in the SF Express Locker address and number in the delivery address to enjoy the 24-hour smart locker pickup service.

Terms and Conditions for Local (Hong Kong) Delivery and International Speedpost Service:


1. Once the order is confirmed by the system, we will contact the customer within 7 - 10 days by phone or email to arrange delivery matters, and delivery will be made by express or personal delivery depending on the area and product category.


2. The local delivery service is generally completed within 7 - 14 working days from the confirmation of the order by the system (excluding remote areas and outlying islands). The specific date depends on the actual situation.

 

3. If you need to change the delivery time of the order, please email online.sales@blamiao.com for the relevant arrangement 3 working days before the delivery day. Otherwise, we will charge an additional service fee of HK$200.


4. If all orders cannot be delivered within 30 days, we will contact the customer by phone or email to cancel the order and arrange for a refund.


5. If there is bad weather, serious flooding, road blockages or closures on the day of delivery, the delivery service may be delayed or suspended. We will notify customers by SMS or phone and rearrange the re-delivery service.


6. If no one answers the door at the delivery address on the day of delivery, the delivery fee for this delivery (if any) will not be refunded. If delivery needs to be arranged again, we may charge additional delivery fees.

7. Remote areas and outlying islands refer to: Tai Long Wan Village, Cheung Chau, Lantau Island, Mui Wo, Pui O, Cheung Sha, Tong Fuk, Shui Hau, Shek Pik, Po Lin Monastery, Tai O, and any area where trucks are prohibited. If you need to deliver to the above areas, please contact customer service for inquiries. Hospital delivery orders are only limited to the lobby.

8. International shipping is handled by a third-party courier company designated by BLÅMIÄO. Once the customer completes the purchase procedure, it means that they agree and accept the courier company handling all shipping matters. BLÅMIÄO will not bear any legal responsibility for the courier company's shipping process, its standard terms and conditions for shipping goods or parcels, and customs requirements in various places.


9. The international shipping service is generally completed within 15 - 30 working days from the confirmation of the order by the system, and the specific date depends on the actual situation (depending on the region).


10. Orders for international shipping may be delayed due to customs clearance procedures. When the package arrives at the destination, local customs will assess the taxes, and customers may need to pay import duties. Please inquire with the relevant departments for details.


11. Customers using international shipping should understand the import laws and prohibited items in their location in advance. If unfortunately, the package is confiscated, the company will not be responsible and will not refund the related fees.

12. After the international shipping service delivers the package, the company will not be responsible for any losses suffered due to loss, theft, return, and incorrect address.


13. All orders are finally confirmed according to the actual supply of goods. If the ordered goods or services cannot be provided, BLÅMIÄO has the right to refuse to accept the order and notify the refund arrangement by phone or email. BLÅMIÄO reserves the right to absolutely refuse to deliver goods to any customer.
