• Modifying Delivery Details: To update your delivery address or reschedule delivery, please email info@blamiao.com at least 3 business days prior to the original delivery date.

• Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled at any time before payment completion. Once payment is confirmed, as each piece immediately enters material preparation, handcrafting, or dispatch, we are unable to accept cancellations (for special circumstances, please refer to our "7-Day Return Policy").

• Return & Replacement Eligibility: Within 7 days of receiving your floral creation, if you encounter non-human damage, fulfillment errors, or significant quality defects, we guarantee a return or replacement service.

• How to Apply: Please email info@blamiao.com within 7 days of receipt, including your Order Number and photo/video evidence of the issue. Our team will assist you promptly.

• Please Note: As preserved flowers are natural materials and each piece is uniquely handcrafted, subtle variations in bloom shape or natural color are inherent features of handcrafted art rather than quality defects. (For full details, please refer to our "Return & Refund Policy".)

• Order Confirmation & Lead Time: A confirmation email will be sent automatically upon successful payment. As each floral art piece is handcrafted to order by our florists, order processing and preparation usually take 7–14 business days. We will contact you via email or phone prior to dispatch to confirm delivery details. (If you require delivery on a specific date or time, please contact us prior to placing your order.)

• System & Inventory Issues: In the rare event of inventory discrepancies or system errors affecting order fulfillment, we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements. If the order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued (please refer to our "7-Day Return Policy" for details).

• Local Delivery (Hong Kong): We offer direct courier delivery and SF Express services (including SF Lockers, Service Centers, commercial, and residential addresses). Standard delivery hours are Monday to Sunday, 09:00 – 17:00. For specific date or time-slot delivery requests, please contact us in advance (additional fees may apply).

• International Shipping: International orders are delivered via BLAMIAO’s designated courier partners. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout or confirmed directly.

• Custom Floral Design: We offer tailored bespoke floral services, guiding you through concept development, material selection, emotional symbolism, and overall aesthetic design to create a truly one-of-a-kind art piece.

• Collaborative Creation: You are welcome to share design concepts, sketches, or reference photos. Our florists will work closely with you to bring your vision to life. (For custom order inquiries, please visit our "Customized Floral" page or contact us directly.)
